At this time, we are unable to accept refunds or returns on completed orders, other than for mistakes on OUR behalf (such as items accidentally damaged PRIOR TO shipping)

If your package reaches you damaged please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the postal service if a claim can be made. We are not responsible for any damage done by the postal service.

We take great pride in providing high quality products, and pay great attention to the detail to each and every piece, so we are certain you will not be disappointed in your order.

If you want to cancel your order BEFORE it ships out, please do so within 24 Hours of purchase.

For custom requests, please message us directly and then follow our instruction.
You can also choose from the available Custom listings in our Shop.

We will start work on your custom piece within 72 hours after Checkout, depending on current order volume.
Custom pieces can take between 1-7 days to complete and ship, though this varies between orders.

We are willing to hold select items for up to 72 HOURS.

Please, do not ask us to hold an item if you don't have the intention to complete the purchase.

Concerning CLOTHING items:

Per our manufacturer (Art of Where), we cannot accept returns based on sizing issues! We apologize for this inconvenience.
Please see the Size Guide in the Listing Photos for proper measurements, and note that all items have a slight stretch!

Clothing items and all other printed items are produced with the help of Art of Where, a direct-to-garment manufacturer based in Canada.

Your order will be submitted for printing production within 1-5 days after the order is received here on Etsy. I will message you when your order is submitted to Art of Where.

At this point the item is transferred into production. Items sent to production CANNOT be canceled and WILL ship to you.

With the COVID-19 situation, shipments all over the world are being delayed or lost when airports and customs centers are shut down or operating below normal capacity.

This has caused some shipments from Will-O-Wisp Witchery to become lost in the mail, or severely delayed in arriving.

If you fear your shipment is lost, please contact me directly before opening a Case here on Etsy. I will work with you to ensure that your order either arrives, is replaced or refunded.

I ask that everyone give me a period of 90 business days after the order ships to resolve the issue. If it's been 90 business days I will refund you immediately.
